It answers confidently, and it's wrong
A generic chatbot with your logo on it doesn't know your hours, your service area, or what you actually charge. So it invents something plausible. You don't find out from a report — you find out from a customer who shows up expecting a price you never quoted.
30-second check: Ask the demo something only your business would know — a real price, a real policy, whether you cover a specific city. If it answers smoothly and wrongly, that's the failure mode, live.
What we do instead: Your agent is loaded with your services, your hours, your pricing rules, and the things you never want said on your behalf. When it gets something wrong, you correct it and the correction sticks. Try to break ours →
