You said yes. Here's every day of the next seven.
About 60 minutes of your time, total.
No project portal to learn, no eight-week discovery. You answer questions about your own business once, we build, you try to break her, she goes live.
If she isn't answering real leads by day seven, your setup fee comes back. That's in our Terms, not in a sales deck.
Seven days, and you're only in four of them.
Pink days are yours. Gradient days are ours. The clock starts the moment your intake lands, not the moment you pay — so nothing is ticking while you're still gathering pricing.

You say yes
Agreement and setup fee go through in one link. Then you get exactly one thing back: the intake.
- Signed agreement and setup fee, both in the same email
- Your kickoff call booked inside 48 hours
- The intake link — one form, no login, save and come back

The intake — the only real homework
This is the whole job on your side. Everything Jessica knows about your business comes from this one form, so it's worth the 25 minutes. Full list is further down this page.
- Your services, in the words your customers actually use
- What she's allowed to quote, and what she must never quote
- The ten questions leads ask you every week, and the right answers
- Three texts you've sent a customer that sounded like you

Numbers and access
We set up the plumbing. Everything lives in accounts you own — if we ever part ways, you keep all of it, conversations included.
- A local number provisioned, or your existing line forwarded on no-answer
- Your calendar connected, with real buffers and real working hours
- Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp connected if you want those channels
- Compliance set up: opt-out language, consent capture, the required disclosures
3–4 Us · nothing needed from you
She learns your business
This is the part that makes her Jessica instead of a chatbot with your logo on it.
- Trained on your services, your pricing rules, your objections
- Booking logic wired to your real calendar, not a generic slot picker
- Escalation rules: what she must hand to a human, and how fast
- Her AI disclosure line, written in your voice — she says it on every first message
- The disqualifiers, so she stops wasting your time on leads you don't want

Test day — try to break her
You get a test number before any real lead ever touches her. This is the day people tell us they stopped being nervous.
- Text her like your worst lead. Push on price. Go quiet. Get rude.
- Paste in five real messages from past leads and see what she does
- Anything she gets wrong goes on a list and gets fixed the same day
6 Us · watching every message
Soft launch, one channel
She goes live on a single channel — usually text or web chat — and a human on our side reads every conversation that day. Not a sample. Every one.
- Real leads, one channel, full human review behind her
- Anything awkward gets corrected before it happens twice
- You get a short end-of-day note on what came in and what she did
7 Live
Full launch
Every channel you approved is on. Leak one and leak two are plugged. The guarantee is met.
- All approved channels answering, one conversation per person across them
- Bookings landing on your calendar with reminders already scheduled
- Your team gets the handoff alerts, so nobody is guessing
2 Us · tuning
The week nobody else does
Week two is where a good agent becomes yours. We read transcripts daily and tighten her against what your real leads actually say.
- Daily transcript review, every weekday
- A Friday note: what she got wrong, what we changed, what's still open
- New FAQ answers added as your leads surface them
30 You · 30 minutes
The number that decides everything
One call, real figures, no spin. You see what she did and you decide what happens next.
- Leads answered, and how fast she answered the first message
- Appointments booked, kept, and no-showed
- Conversations she escalated, and the ones she still can't handle
- Then you pick: more channels, the next agent, or stop here
Every minute we'll ask you for.
Written down in advance, so nobody discovers a surprise workload in week two.
Anything not on this list, we do. You will not be asked to write scripts, build flows, learn a dashboard, or sit in a weekly status meeting.
What the intake actually asks.
Here it is in advance, so you can gather anything you don't have on hand. Most of it you already know by heart — it's the pricing rules that take people a minute.
Your services, in customer words
Not your internal names. What people type when they message you.
"AC not blowing cold" — not "diagnostic call-out"Pricing rules
What she can say out loud, what's a range, and what has to wait for a human. This is the one that protects you.
"Can quote the $89 service call. Never quotes install."Hours, service area, holidays
When you're open, how far you'll travel, and the days you're closed but leads still text.
She answers at 2am. She just won't promise you will.Your calendar and its rules
Which calendar, how long a booking runs, travel buffers, and who owns which slot.
"90 min, 30 min drive buffer, never book Fridays after 3."The ten questions you get every week
Your real FAQ, with the answers you'd give. This is the single biggest factor in how good she sounds.
"Do you take insurance?" "Are you licensed?" "How soon?"Who you don't want
The leads that waste your day. She'll spot them and close them out politely instead of booking them.
Out of area, price shoppers, jobs you don't takeEscalation and handoff
Who she hands a live one to, how they get told, and how fast. Angry customers always go to a human.
"Text Mike within 5 minutes on anything over $5k."Three texts that sound like you
Real messages you've sent a customer. She learns your voice from these, not from a tone slider.
Screenshots are fine. Copy and paste is fine.Three things that stall a build.
These are the only reasons a seven-day launch has ever slipped for us. All three are avoidable if you know about them on day zero.
By far the most common. If you haven't settled what she's allowed to quote, she can't answer the question every lead opens with. Decide this before day one and nothing else slows you down.
Instagram and Messenger need a Business account with you as admin. If yours is a personal profile, that conversion takes a day or two on Meta's side, not ours. We'll launch text and web chat first and add socials when it clears.
Jessica books appointments and escalates live ones. If nobody is on the other end of an escalation, she's answering into a void. We need one name and one number before launch.
Conditions in full in our Terms of Service.
Want Jessica?
Talk to her first. Push on price, tell her you need to think about it, ask her whether she's a bot. If she handles you well, she'll handle your leads — and she'll book the call herself.
We run twelve clients at a time on purpose. If we're full, we'll tell you that on the call and give you the date we open up — we won't take your setup fee and put you in a queue.
